What makes you feel strong?
Hugging someone I love, overcoming fear, eating healthy, and a new one for me, running intervals to a great, fast, pop song. Seeing progress.
What was your last piece of nourishment?
Crispy fried tofu, roasted sweet potatoes and cauliflower with hot sauce, micro greens, and a piece of chocolate for balance. Listening to empowering podcasts. A mug of tea and snuggling with my husband and our dog.
What do you grow?
Herbs, orchids, ferns, and a meyer lemon tree. In the summer, lovely vegetables for the deer to steal... Joy in the little things, belief in my dreams and abilities, friendships, love, confidence, and muscles.
